About Us

Jason Friedman is founder and CEO of Creative Realities (www.cri.com), an experiential branding and marketing company that creates wow environments and customer experiences. In 2007 and 2008, his firm was named to Inc. magazine’s “Inc. 5000” list of America’s fastest-growing, privately-held companies.

Before starting his firm, Jason earned a degree in technical theater, and worked on rock and roll tours and traveling Broadway shows. (Jason likes to say that, while in theater, he learned more about how to create entertaining and stirring customer experiences than he could have any other way.)

Jason is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Entertainment Services & Technology Association (ESTA). He sits on the board of the Foundation for Free Enterprise, which teaches the principles of entrepreneurship and free enterprise to students.

As a recognized industry expert in retail-and-customer-experience, Jason speaks about the subject throughout America and writes about it for industry magazines.

Mark Levy is Creative Realities’ Chief Marketing Officer, and is in charge of creating client content. Before joining Creative Realities, Mark founded his own marketing strategy and ideation firm, Levy Innovation.

Mark has written for The New York Times, and has written or co-created four books, including Accidental Genius: Revolutionize Your Thinking Through Private Writing (translated into seven languages) and How to Persuade People Who Don’t Want to Be Persuaded (an Amazon Top 100 bestseller). He has taught research-based business writing at Rutgers University.

Mark is also a magician. The illusions he has invented have been performed in Las Vegas and on all the major TV networks. He is also the co-creator of New York City’s  longest running one-man show, Chamber Magic: A Demonstration of Modern Conjuring, which has played eight years in The Waldorf Towers.
